Thank you to everyone who attended the recent Health Depot Annual Members Meeting on May 6th! We elected two board members into service – Shanan Bailey and Charlie Hartung and discussed the general direction of the association for 2026.

We want to extend a warm welcome to our newest members and also recognize our newly elected board member, Charlie Hartung.
Charlie brings strong industry experience and valuable insight, and we’re excited to have his perspective as we continue identifying impactful health and wellness resources for our members.
At Health Depot Association, our mission remains focused on helping members access practical, valuable, and cost-conscious resources that support their health, wellness, and everyday needs. We know that every individual and family has different priorities, and we are committed to offering options that help you make informed decisions about what works best for you.
New Dental and Vision Program Launch
We are pleased to announce the launch of a new dental and vision program for Health Depot Association members through United Concordia and VSP.
This new program is designed to give members access to trusted dental and vision resources through two nationally recognized organizations. United Concordia brings dental program options that can help members better manage routine dental care and oral health needs. VSP provides access to vision care resources, including eye exams, eyewear, and a broad network of vision providers.
Dental and vision care are important parts of overall health, and we are pleased to make these resources available to members as part of our ongoing effort to expand the value of Health Depot Association membership. AirMedCare Emergent Membership
We are also pleased to highlight the AirMedCare Emergent Membership, an important resource now available to add to your Health Depot membership.
In a medical emergency, getting to the right hospital quickly can make a significant difference. AirMedCare provides access to emergency air medical transport to the hospital for members when air transportation is medically necessary and provided by a participating AirMedCare network provider.
This membership is designed to help protect members from the high out-of-pocket costs that can be associated with emergency air ambulance transportation. It offers peace of mind for individuals and families, especially those who live, work, or travel in areas where ground transportation may not be the fastest option during a serious medical emergency.
